McLavey Earns Honorable Mention at National Championships
BURBANK, Cali. - May 12, 2008 - Colby-Sawyer sophomore Jessica McLavey (Merrimack, N.H.) finished with an honorable mention showing in the Walk Trot division at the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) National Finals at the L.A. Equestrian Center this past weekend.

McLavey Qualifies for National Championships
HADLEY, Mass. - April 5, 2008 - Colby-Sawyer sophomore Jessica McLavey (Merrimack, N.H.) finished as the Walk-Trot division champion on Saturday at the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Zone Championships at Mount Holyoke, qualifying her for the IHSA National competition, scheduled for May 8-11 at the L.A. Equestrian Center in Los Angles, Calif.
Riders Finish Strong at Regionals; Two Advance to Zones
NEWTON, Mass. - March 30, 2008 - Senior Holly Tumiel (N. Waterboro, Maine) and sophomore Jessica McLavey (Merrimack, N.H.) qualified for the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Zone Finals thanks to their top finishes as the Colby-Sawyer equestrian team competed at Mount Ida at the Regional Championships Sunday afternoon.
Chargers Close Out Regular Season With Reserve Championship
DURHAM, N.H. - March 15, 2008 - In the final regular season show of the 2007-08 season, the Colby-Sawyer equestrian team finished tied for second place, six points behind the University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H. This is the second Reserve Championship for the Colby-Sawyer equestrian team this season.

NEWTON, Mass. - March 2, 2008 - Originally scheduled to take place at Dartmouth, the Colby-Sawyer equestrian team finished fifth in a show at Mount Ida this weekend.

NEW LONDON, N.H. - February 25, 2008 - Due to the expected snowfall, the Colby-Sawyer equestrian show, scheduled for March 1 at Hidden Brook Farm in Grantham, N.H., has been canceled.
Chargers Close Out Fall With Fourth
DURHAM, N.H. November 4, 2007 - The Colby-Sawyer equestrian team wrapped up their 2007-08 fall campaign on Sunday, finishing fourth at the University of New Hampshire show in Durham, N.H. Colby-Sawyer point riders Aly Good and Aly Dutton both took home second place finishes and freshman Tracey Proctor finished second in over fences.
Lewis, Proctor Lead Chargers To Fifth At Mount Ida
PEMBROKE, Mass (Oct. 28) Senior Melissa Lewis (Columbia, Conn.) and freshman Tracey Procter (Concord, N.H.) won their events, helping the Colby-Sawyer equestrian team to a fifth-place finish at a show hosted by Mt. Ida Sunday. Seven other riders finished in the top three of their classes as Lewis and Proctor took the novice flat and novice fences titles, respectively. Sophomore Jessica McLavey (Merrimack, N.H.) placed third in walk-trot, qualifying for the regional championships in the spring.

HANOVER, N.H. October 20, 2007 The Colby-Sawyer equestrian team finished in fifth place Saturday at the Dartmouth College equestrian show, thanks to first place finishes from Natalie Miller (Lebanon, N.H.) in novice flat, Aly Dutton (Bath, Maine) in fences and Jessica McLavey (Merrimack, N.H.) in walk trot.

BURLINGTON, Vt. October 14, 2007 The Colby-Sawyer equestrian team used first place finishes from Aly Dutton (Bath, Maine) in novice fences and Jessy McLavery (Merrimack, N.H.) in walk-trot to help the team finish fifth out of nine schools at the University of Vermont equestrian show Sunday afternoon.
Chargers Place Second in Year's First Show
MIDDLEBURY, Vt. October 13, 2007 The Colby-Sawyer equestrian team kicked off the 2007-08 season on Saturday with a second place showing at Middlebury College. While Colby-Sawyer junior Wren Winnicki (Waitsfield, Vt.) was the only winner for the Chargers on the day, Colby-Sawyer still managed to finish second.
