Central Washington University Softball Receives 2008 America's Team Award Release
ELLENSBURG (Oct. 4) -- The Central Washington University softball team, which made national headlines following a now-famous act of sportsmanship earlier this year, has been named the recipient of the 2008 America's Team Award from America's Team Charitable Foundation. The award was presented to Head Coach Gary Frederick and members of the Wildcat softball program at halftime of Saturday's football game between CWU and Dixie State.
