I've Started a Blog. I'm using the blog for personal news, quick updates, quick how to make ideas and some other stuff. All major how to make article will still be here, on Fightraining. I'm hoping the Blog will allow me to update things quicker and make more posts about ideas. I can update it from anywhere and it is a very quick process. This site is a bit harder to change quickly on my super slow computer. Check it out at Fightraining's Blog.
My new gym!
A couple of years ago, I was forced by a ruthless, greedy, scum bag landlord manager to vacate my apartment. It turned out to be a good move. The guy is still a scumbag, don't get me wrong, but I'm much happier at my new location. Paraiso (paradise), as I like to call it. I have what I consider to be a world class garage gym up and running and love the area. I closing I'd like to thank everyone for there support over the years. Let's keep fitness the way it should be FREE!
It's Aptdwler's goal to provide the same workout opportunities to the poor, already afforded the rich, without having to take on a second job LOL!!!
Aptdwler isn't the only one that uses metal pipe. The above picture is of a grappling hook used, by two inmates, to go over the wall at Fort Madision Prison, in Iowa. Both were latter captured, one sleeping in a car parked outside a different prison LOL.
