We are looking to expand our roster and add 1 or 2 strong dedicated committed players. We will be training throughout the winter and will participate in a winter league at Southbay in Calverton plus 1 or 2 additional tournaments prior to the spring season. We are professionally trained twice a week and have a dedicated coaching staff which includes our trainer. Our training costs are minimal compared to other D1/D2 teams. We train throughout the year and take a few weeks off in December and July. We also participate in 5 or 6 tournaments each year. Unfortunately, we suffered a few major setbacks this past fall with two key injuries and one girl who is an elite swimmer leaving to focus solely on swimming. However, we managed to remain very competitive despite playing most games with 13 players. We were in each game except for one and all throughout the girls played with heart, dedication and intensity. We anticipate remaining in D1 this spring. The girls all get along, there's no cattiness or clicks and they play and work hard as a unit. The same goes for the parents.
