Located in Northern Virginia and the Washington DC metro area, Qi Elements is dedicated to teaching the traditional martial art systems of Shaolin Kung Fu, Yang Style Taiji and Qigong. Sifu Roger Blough is one of only a handful of practitioners to have obtained certification as an Assistant Instructor of Qigong from Dr. Yang Jwing Ming (of YMAA). This unique distinction and education gives you the chance to learn authentic and effective Qigong from a qualified teacher. Sifu Yung has trained at the Shaolin Temple in China and continues to study with traditional Shaolin Monks. He offers a traditional Shaolin training program.

Whether you want a challenging, intense class or a relaxing, stress-relieving practice, we invite you to join us. You can either observe or try a Beginner's class. We have no annual contracts, just dedicated training. Just drop by or contact us.We enroll new students at any time. You are always welcome to stop in an observe any of our regular classes.
New Kung Fu Students
If you are interested in trying or joining Shaolin Kung Fu, you are invited to take your first class on Mondays or Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. Come 15 minutes early to register and chat with us.
New Children's Kung Fu Students
Parents interested in their children (to age 13) trying or joining the Young Shaolin Children's program, stop by on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays after 4:30 p.m.
New Taiji Students
If you are interested in trying or joining Taiji and Qigong, you are invited to take your first class either on Tues, Thur, or Saturdays (see schedule for times). Come 15 minutes early to register and chat with us. New Qigong StudentsWe have new Qigong classes 5-6 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as our continuing class 11-12 AM on Saturdays. Stop by to observe a class. Depending on your goals and interests, Qigong may be more suitable for you than Taiji. It is easier to learn and can be more precisely targeted to address certain health issues.Private LessonsShaolin instructors are available for private lessons by appointment. Sifu Roger Blough is available by appointment, including daytime and lunch hour appointments, for private lessons in Tai Chi or Qigong. Call 703 435-4400.
