INFORMATION
ABOUT THE CPJHSA
The CPJHSA is a hunter/jumper based
organization that recognizes US Equestrian Federation (USEF) rated horse
shows in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
The
CPJHSA show season runs from December 1st to September
30th with October and November being off months. During the 2007 Show Season, the
CPJHSA recognized 65 horse shows and recorded over 300 members. An annual awards banquet is held
during the month of November with ribbons being awarded in 19
hunter/jumper divisions, 2 equitation classes and participation ribbons
are awarded in Lead line.
The association also awards 26 challenge trophies.
The
Josey Mohler Equitation Finals and the H&H Tack Shop Equitation
Finals are held during August or September. Junior members qualify during a
10-month period for these finals.
