software is a comprehensive computerised booking system
for golf properties. Covering all facets of tee time bookings,
the software expands bookings beyond golf tee times to incorporate
facilities such as tennis, squash, and lessons. Bookings may
be taken simultaneously from multiple computers, ensuring that
the booking experience is quick and efficient for your guests.
Stock may be allocated at the time of booking, including carts,
clubs, shoes, range balls, green fees and so on. Bookings are
priced immediately, and email confirmations can be generated.
Group bookings can be made as easily as individual tee
bookings.
Single tee, dual tee and shotgun starts are accommodated. Booking
restrictions enable you to control who can book where and when,
and operators are prompted visually to alert them of such restrictions.
Staff restrictions ensure that only authorised staff get access
to various parts of the system. All bookings, modifications,

i-FACTS is an Internet
interface into our booking software, FACTS. It allows your
club to incorporate live real-time bookings, both of tee times
and other bookable facilities at your club such as lessons,
tennis courts etc. i-FACTS puts you in control of your Internet
bookings, allowing you to specify the dates and times you'll
accept Internet bookings, and the rules and restrictions surrounding
those bookings.... members only, restricted number of guests
per member, gender restrictions around competitions, restrictions
on the days of the week selected member categories may book,
and so on.
The i-FACTS booking interface can be incorporated into your
own Web site so that it has a look and feel that is consistent
with your existing Web presence. And best of all, it interacts
directly with your live booking database (FACTS) via the club's
Web server, so Internet bookings are immediately displayed on
the club administrative booking sheets to prevent duplication
of bookings and to give you full control. It's your data located
on your premises, not ours.
i-FACTS can be applied to member bookings or to commercial green-fee
visitor bookings. You may elect to present detailed booking
sheets to your members over the Internet, while daily green
fee guests can be limited to being offered a choice of tee times,
but not have access to any level of detail in your booking sheets.
