INDEXX, Training 2 the Next Level               INDEXX is a sports training company, based in central New Jersey. INDEXX, standing for Individual Excellence, is primarily focused on basketball training, yet brings high intensity training to all sports. Training with INDEXX teaches athletes how to play the game of basketball on all levels beginning at age 11. Not only do we focus on honing skills, but we also concentrate on mental preparation, and SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) training, to improve every athlete’s abilities. This type of training is unlike any other training in this area. A unique approach. There are many reasons why INDEXX is so unique. The most unique aspects are: • Our use of SAQ training techniques, which concentrate on developing fundamental motor abilities, • Our ability to focus on and prepare each individual athlete for numerous athletic situations. If each athlete is taught to deal with any given situation, whenever that particular situation arises, he/she will be familiar with it, thus he/she will be able to easily cope with it. All of these aspects combine to make INDEXX the most complete training company in New Jersey! Be Great! In addition to increasing skill level, our intentions are much greater than just training. We have observed that the skill level has been declining in New Jersey over the years. We also have noticed that in team environments there is often little time available to spend on advancing individual skills. As a result, many athletes lack the skills and the work ethic necessary to be great. Our training program provides each athlete with the basic fundamentals, essential for his/her advancement. Get Noticed! INDEXX desires to make sure more athletes get noticed, whether it means getting noticed by a coach who may be sitting in the stands, or a scout looking to find another piece of the puzzle to better their collegiate or professional team. By training at a younger age, INDEXX training increases your athlete’s chance of getting noticed. Training 2 the Next Level! It is up to every individual to decide just how good they desire to be. Dreams can be achieved just by dedicating a little more time and effort towards making those dreams come true. Where do we come in? As you know, in many cases you can get more done in a short amount of time with the right motivation, than you can by working alone. INDEXX provides athletes with the right amount of motivation and discipline to help them quickly and efficiently improve their skills. Will this training be like boot camp?
